5 Jens Risom Playboy Chair model C140 Armchairs in Lino Lakes, Minnesota For Sale

I have FIVE (5) MATCHING ARMCHAIRS JENS RISOM PlayBoy Chair C140 Walnut frame Cane Back
The chair is featured in a xxxx issue of Playboy with Risom, Nelson, Bertoia, Wormley, Eames and Saarinen each next to their favorite chair.
For their age, I think the chairs are in Excellent and I do mean Excellent Vintage Condition as shown. The wood has beautiful color and grain. The caning has great color and looks excellent for the most part.
As should be expected with chairs of this age (I think they are from the 50's or early 60's). The wood has some minor wear to the finish on the arm tops and some general light scratches and nicks.
The original cane backs are in for the most part great condition. Two chairs do have a few split cane strands as I tried to shown on chairs # 2 & 3
The vinyl seat is in great condition and looks good with the wood and caning.
I have personally had these chairs for somewhere between 23 to 25 years. I have not refinished them or reupholstered them. However I can tell the seats were recovered at some time.

I numbered each chair, just in case you can zoom in when you look at them and want to identify a specific chair. Or in case you want a specific picture of a certain chair or chair area.
I would highly suggest you look at them yourself. Or have someone else look at them for you before you make any decisions. Believe me when I say they are matching and look good together. But thats just my opinion.
